<p>Develops the knowledge and skills required in Possession Support duties, covering responsibilities and procedure, the arrangements for the safe placing and removal of detonator protection, Possession Limit boards, the correct placement and removal of Worksite Marker Boards and the facilitation of train movements in and out of possessions and worksites. Note: It is mandatory to hold a Possession Support competence if you are required to assist the PICOP with regard to any of the following: - Keying signals (Signal Post Replacement Switches) - Deploying detonators and Possession Limit Boards (PLBs) - Scotching and clipping unworked points in the possession - Train movements into and out of the possession.</p>
